What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we record the name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the artwork or subject you asked about, your message, and the date and IP address of the submission. Nothing else is collected, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation in case you contact us again about the same work. If you ask us to keep you informed about new arrivals, we will use your email for that until you tell us to stop.

Cookies

The public pages of this site set no cookies. A single session cookie is used in the gallery's private admin area so the owner can stay signed in; it is never set for ordinary visitors.

Who sees your information

Only One Phoenix Arts. Enquiries are stored on this website's own hosting and are also emailed to the gallery. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not send your data overseas except insofar as our web host stores it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful to us as a record of dealings, and are deleted on request.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact damien@phoenixconsulting.com.au or call 08 8948 4444. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Copyright in the artworks

Copyright in every artwork shown on this site remains with the artist or their estate. The images here are published with permission for the purpose of offering the works for sale. They may not be reproduced, printed, or used commercially without the written permission of the copyright holder. If you believe an image has been used here in error, please contact us and we will remove it while we investigate.
